Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. Available shipping services, delivery estimates, and any applicable charges are shown during checkout before an order is placed.

Order processing

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided. A separate shipping confirmation is sent when tracking becomes available. Processing and carrier transit times may vary by destination, item availability, holidays, and conditions outside our control.

Address changes

Contact us promptly at hello@senmanrealmkids.com if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Delivery questions

If tracking reports a delivery but you cannot locate the package, check with household members and the carrier, then contact us with your order number.
